Special Lunch Ordering

We are pleased to offer families more lunch options for purchase! Families may order special lunches monthly. Offerings for the current school year include:
• Monday selections from Little Italy Restaurant and include sub, chips, pickle and cookie
• Wednesday selections are from Chick-Fil-A and do not include fries or sides
• Friday selection is Pizza from Little Italy Restaurant. (Please continue to pack water bottles as drinks are not included.)

Families may access special lunch ordering by logging into their QuickSchools account. Log in with your email as your login and the 4-digit passcode. If you do not have a device to order lunches, please visit the Help Desk at Lower School campus or for login or ordering assistance, call 252-745-0462, or stop by the Office. New families check your email and spam folders for a recent invitation to QuickSchools!

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Once logged into PCA QuickSchools,
1.) Select Lunch Ordering, then use the arrow key to go to that month’s Lunch Calendar.
2.) Click on boxes for days lunch is offered to see and make selections. Then click the green SUBMIT for EACH day to place your order. 
3.) We strongly suggest printing your child’s lunch calendar. You may do so by right-clicking and selecting Print.

Payments should be made by the 9th or included with tuition and fees payment.

If you submit an order, lunches will be ordered for your child and you will be charged. We suggest sending a copy of your lunch order calendar with payment to ensure proper lunch payment credit. Look for your emailed receipt.

Orders cannot be accepted after the deadline because orders are placed for the entire month. Lunch payments may be made along with tuition which is due the first of each month. Please indicate the amount for lunch payment on check or envelope. Online payment is not available at this time.

Please understand that because lunch orders are offered as a convenience and are managed by volunteers, we cannot provide refunds or credits for occasional student absences or unclaimed meals. Any unclaimed meals or associated funds will be considered donations to PCA or PCA PTO. Exceptions may be made upon advance written request for planned extended absences only. In cases of school closings due to weather or other circumstances your account will be credited for cancelled lunches. You may make an upfront advance lunch payment for the semester or the year and we’ll notify you when another payment is required. Funds placed on students’ lunch accounts roll over each year as long as your student remains at PCA. Finally, please save this email as a reference for lunch ordering details!
