Honor Richard Hudson, Jr. by Building a Legacy
Richard Hudson, Jr. loved Pamlico Christian Academy with all his heart. From the very first day we opened in 2010, Richard’s faith and dedication helped shape the foundation of our school.
He was part of the early conversations about building a school where Christ is central, and his passion never wavered. Richard loved chapel time, the teachers, the families, and most of all, that God’s Word was woven into everyday learning. Whether he was serving on the board or grilling his legendary grilled cheese sandwiches at PTO dinners, he made PCA feel like home.
After 15 years of prayer and perseverance, PCA has grown from 20 students to over 300. We believe it’s God’s perfect timing to name the new chapel in Richard’s honor—a lasting tribute to his faith, joy, and unwavering support.
💙 Help us honor Richard’s legacy and finish what he helped start.
A place for daily chapel, prayer, and spiritual growth.
Equipping the next generation with faith and character.
Richard’s life and love continue to inspire PCA’s future.
“Richard’s faith shaped everything he touched at PCA. This chapel is a reflection of the love he had for our students.”
